1. Who is responsible for your data
This site is run by Felician Roman, an individual based in the United Kingdom, acting as the data controller. Contact: hello@miradoremedia.com.
2. The short version
No account is needed to search. We process search requests to provide results. If you accept affiliate tools, Travelpayouts Drive also runs in your browser for affiliate advertising. You can decline without losing search access.
3. What we store on your device
Your browser stores your journey, preferences, recently opened property details and search results (up to 24 hours). We also store your affiliate choice and its date for up to six months. “Reset journey” resets the trip; it does not withdraw affiliate consent. Use “Privacy choices” to change that decision, or clear this site’s browser data.
4. What our server sees
Search parameters pass through our server to SerpAPI. Search results may be cached, and ordinary server logs can contain IP addresses and request details. We use these to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
5. Third parties involved
SerpAPI provides flight and hotel search data; Hostinger hosts the site; Google Fonts receives requests for fonts, including your IP address. Travelpayouts and its advertising partners receive browser requests only after you accept our affiliate tools. Booking providers apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.
6. Affiliate links
With consent, Travelpayouts Drive may use cookies or similar storage, IP/device data, page information and clicks to personalise offers and attribute bookings. It can replace eligible links, insert affiliate offers and open a partner offer in another tab. We may earn commission from resulting bookings. Its providers may process data outside the UK. Consult their policies for their recipients, retention and international transfer safeguards.

7. Legal basis
We use legitimate interests to operate and secure the search service, and essential browser storage to remember your journey and privacy choice. Optional affiliate advertising runs on your consent. You may withdraw it at any time through “Privacy choices”; withdrawal stops future loading after the page reloads, but does not undo prior processing or erase third-party cookies. You can remove those through your browser. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
8. How long things are kept
Search results in your browser expire after up to 24 hours; journey preferences remain until cleared. Affiliate choices expire after six months. Server search caches are short-lived; logs are retained as needed for security and troubleshooting. Travelpayouts and booking providers set their own retention periods, described in their policies.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to relevant processing under applicable data protection law. You can also withdraw consent. Contact hello@miradoremedia.com to exercise your rights; for data held independently by a partner, contact that partner. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
10. Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
